+ Why do I only need one coaching session with Tony?

The most important aspect of any negotiation is planning and preparation. It's the foundation of negotiation success. Those who plan and prepare do better, period. However, most people don't have a clue about how to properly plan and prepare. They rely on gut instincs, and go into their negotiations shooting from the hip, and hoping for the best. This does not work! Don't do it! One coaching session is all you need because Tony will show you step by step everything you need to know in order to maximize success in your upcoming negotiation. You will have a detailed roadmap that you can refer to throughout the entire negotiation. Stick to this roadmap and you will do great. You will also be more prepared than your adversary, guaranteed. Of course, if you do happen to need more support, Tony offers an unlimited text and email add-on that is good for 30-days. You can choose this add-on at the time of booking. You can also book another follow-up coaching session with Tony if you need, but it's unlikely you will need anything more than email and text support. Also, the step-by-step planning and preparation Tony will be walking you through in your coaching session is the process you will use for every important negotiation you ever face. Hopefully you will never need to hire Tony again after he teaches you the system.

+ Can I have someone join me for my coaching session?

Yes, absolutely! If you have a buisness partner, family member, colleague, or employee who you think should be included in the coaching session, then by all means, invite them. There will be no additional fees for this. You can invite up to one (1) additonal person to be included.

If you wish to invite more than one person, you'll have to book Tony's TEAM COACHIMG option. This option allows you to invite up to six (6) people to participate in the coaching session.

+ For TEAM COACHING, how many people can attend the session?

Tony can coach a team with as many as six (6) team members attending. You can all be in one room together live, or all attend via your own unique zoom link. If your team is greater than 6 people, please refer to Tony's PROGRAM & SEMINARS page for a customized workshop or seminar. Or you can purchase two (2) TEAM coaching packages allowing up to 12 people to join the coaching session.

Your coaching session will be in-depth and you probably won't need any ongoing support. You'll have a detailed blueprint with everyhting you'll need to be successful.

However, at times, support is needed for more complex negotiations. In this case, Tony offers an unlimted 30-day text and email add-on.

This add-on allows Tony to be on your team for 30-days after your coaching session. You can send him emails to reveiew. You can ask him questions via text. You can bounce ideas off of him. You can consult with him before making concessions. Tony can recommend negotiation tactics to implement, or counter-tactics to protect yourself.

The 30-day add-on can be purchased at the time of your booking or upon completion of your coaching session.

+ How do I use Zoom video conference?

It’s a very easy platform to use. All you will need to do is click on the zoom link in your booking confirmation email at the time of your appointment, and you’re in.

You can login to your session using a laptop, phone, or tablet. Please just make sure that your devices have cameras and microphones.

+ What is Tony’s cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the appointment time with no penalty.

+ What do I need for my coaching session?

You'll need a POWER LEDGER. This will be emailed to you prior to the session beginning.

You'll need a PLANNING GUIDE. This will be emailed to you prior to session.

You will need note taking capabilities.

+ Are my zoom sessions recorded?

That is up to you. Tony will ask you if you'd like your session recorded prior to session beginning. If you choose to have it recorded, video file will be emailed to you within 24-hours.
